Creating multiple sites

All Firefly schools are entitled to have multiple sites — at no extra cost. Find out how this works and how to set a new site up.

Why should I create a new site?

Typically we mostly see schools deciding to create a new site in order to ensure a sensible and user-friendly distinction between their junior and senior years. 

How does it work?

Any additional site will have the same users and groups as the existing one. However, you'll be able to set permissions to control who sees what on which site. This means parents can log in once and see information about their junior and senior kids all in one place. 

How do I set my new site up?

As a Cloud user, you simply need to contact our Support team at support@fireflylearning.com to request an additional site. You'll need to let us know which URL you'd like (yournewsite.fireflycloud.net) and which theme you want to be applied to it. For a list of all our themes, go to themes.fireflylearning.com.
