Viewing your tasks

Use your task list to keep track of all the work you've set.

  1. In the main navigation bar, select Tasks. A list of all your active tasks opens.

  2. OPTIONALBy default your tasks are displayed in chronological order, with the closest due date at the top of the list. If you'd like to to sort your tasks by set date or in descending order instead, select the Sort by menu and choose one of the other options. Your task list is automatically updated.

  3. OPTIONAL To filter your tasks, tick the appropriate boxes under Status, Class, Due Date, OwnershipMarking and Published. Your task list is automatically updated.

You can combine several filters. For example, you could choose to only display tasks set to your Year 9 English class that require marking.
  4. Choose a task. The Task Responses tab opens. To see a description of your task, choose Task Overview.

  5. On the left, you can review the task details and description. On the right, you can check the progress bar to determine how many students have completed their work and how much marking is left for you to do.

By default, feedback and marks for a task all get sent at the same time. If you'd like to change this so that students receive their feedback and marks as you add them, tick the appropriate box. Your change will be applied immediately.

Now that you know how to view a task, try viewing your student responses.
