Activate your cloud user account, then log in to Firefly for the first time.

  1. In your browser, type the URL for your school's Firefly into the address bar. 

    The details of this address will have been provided by the school. If you don't know the address, please contact and we'll do our best to help find the address for you or put you in touch with someone at the school who can help.

  2. On the Firefly log in page, press the link that says Activate your account.
  3. Enter the email address the school already holds on record for you. 
  4. Select Activate account. An email is sent to you.
  5. Access your email inbox. 
  6. Open the email from Firefly and select Activate account

    If you can't find the email, make sure to check your spam folder.
  7. Enter the password of your choice, then choose Reset password. You can always reset your password later if you forget it.

That's it – you should now be logged in! If you need to log in again at a later date, use the credentials you just configured.
