Resetting a forgotten password
Reset a forgotten or lost password so you can log in successfully.
In your browser, go to the Parent Portal address.
Select Forgotten your password?
Enter your username or email address. This must be the address that is registered with Firefly.
Choose Reset password.
In your mailbox, follow the reset link that was sent to you to choose a new password.
