Access your inbox

Get to your messages inbox from anywhere in Firefly.

1. In the top bar on your screen, above the main navigation bar you will see a Messages tab. This is always visible to you, wherever you are in the Parent Portal. 

   

2. Click on this tab to open your inbox and access your messages. When you click ‘messages’, your messages will open in a new tab.

   

3. You can read and manage all your messages from here. When you’re done, you can return to your Firefly dashboard by clicking on the initial tab in your browser.
